Duty Rota
All club members are required to do two duties a year as part of their membership. This ensures that there are sufficient crew available for the support boats and to organise racing. Members have a choice of Spring/Autumn or Summer/Winter rotas. Members can request a specific day by completing the Duty Request Form below.

Open Meetings
In order to ensure that Club meetings are adequately resourced, a new policy has been implemented. Club members, participating in Club open meetings, will be rostered for a Club open meeting other than the one in which they raced. This will be an additional duty to those rostered on a six monthly basis.
As these duties are posted on Dutyman, Club members may, if they wish, swop their additional duty to another open meeting.
The duty rota is published on a quarterly basis, with eight weeks notice of the first duty. Members on duty receive a paper copy.
Additionally, members who have provided a valid e-mail address are given access to Dutyman. This is a web based duty management system, which e-mails members with reminders of their duties. It also allows members to swap duties, if their allocated date is not suitable.
If you are not registered with Dutyman and swap your duty, please inform the respective OoD.
